Sol: square oil beach art

The beautiful sandy beach on Cabo Verde's Sol island inspired the triptych of seascapes that this painting belongs to. Created to work individually or as a set, the artwork trio has a gentle colour scheme that compliments the scenic soulfulness of the shore, sea and skies. The expressively textured, gestural brushwork adds a sense of movement to the composition.
